Frequently Asked Questions About Write Click Services

What types of writing do you you?

Write Click specialises in article writing for online publication through a variety of online article directories. Currently, Write Click does not write online press releases or website copy, although we hope to be able to offer these services in the future.

We do not write academic essays, reports or fictional short stories.

Can I commission an article without distribution?

Yes. Write Click can research and write articles without need of distribution.

How long does the process take?

The writing process varies according to a number of factors. Many of the Write Click writing team also hold down full-time jobs and/or have family and other committments. Depending on these and other factors, such as the level of workload our writers have been assigned, we aim to have your article researched, written and delivered to you within 3 working days.

If we are also to distribute the article, we hope to have the entire process - from writing to distribution - completed within one working week. We will keep you informed of any changes to these schedules.

I'd like to see the article before you distribute it. Is this possible?

Yes. We will deliver your completed article to you for your approval prior to its distribution. When we send the finished work, we will also send you an approval form for you to complete and return to us. When we receive this form, we will commence the distribution stage of the process.

If we do not receive the approval form within 5 working days of delivery, we will assume that you are happy with the article and begin the distribution stage.

I've seen the article and I'm not happy with it. What can be done?

Write Click will endeavour to ensure your article meets your requirements. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the article, simply fill in the approval form within 5 working days of receipt and tell us which parts of the article you are particularly unhappy with. We will amend the article and return it to you for further approval.

Write Click will perform up to two rounds of amendments. If, after the second amendment, you are still unhappy with our work, you may request that we rewrite the article or you can claim a full refund.

Who owns the article's copyright?

During the writing process, the article remains copyright of Write Click.

Upon approval of the article being given by you, we will transfer copyright to you and will make no further claim on the article.

If Write Click also distributes the article on your behalf, we will retain copyright until the distribution has been completed, after which we will transfer copyright to you and will make no further claim on the article.

You've distributed my article, where will it appear?

Write Click distributes your article only to known, high quality article directories. We constantly review our lists of directories to ensure our distribution service provides a good mix of both human traffic and strong one-way links.

Article marketing is viral in nature - articles submitted to the internet are also designed to be used by other webmasters as content, thus spreading your link and brand further across the web. Write Click cannot control who publishes your article after distribution and thus cannot be held liable for any occurences of an article outside the hubs we use to publish your article.

I have found my article online, but it is attributed to someone I do not know. Why is this?

It is a condition of many article directories that submissions made to their sites be attributed to a real person. As a result, it is easier - and less time consuming - for our distribution team to utilise existing accounts when distributing your article. However, your business will still receive full credit in the resource area of the article.

Will I receive a report on where my article has been distributed?

Currently, we will provide a brief report of where we distribute your article to you free of charge. This brief report will detail the directories we distribute the article to, and the name of the Write Click author who wrote the article and whose name it will appear under on the World Wide Web.

How long will it be after distribution before I see my article online?

The time taken for article directories to review and publish articles varies between directory. Also, the time taken before search engine spiders discover your article can also vary. However, as a rule of thumb, we expect your article to begin to appear on the World Wide Web within 3-4 days of submission.
